• The UV LED lamp is turned on via a button on the back and will stay on for 60 seconds (Pink UV/LED Lamp) or 5 minutes (White UV/LED Lamp). Sometimes it is necessary to click the button a second time.
• We recommend that you always paint your thumb nail last and put it under the UV LED lamp. The thumb is naturally lower than the other nails and therefore does not fit together under the UV LED lamp with the other fingers.
• We recommend applying at least 2 (preferably 3) thin layers of BIAB to the nail. BIAB provides reinforcement and better adhesion of the nails. When applying multiple layers, the nail becomes stronger and therefore the nail breaks off much less quickly.
• Is the liquid nail polish thick and viscous? Don't worry, this is most likely due to the cold weather. Our bottles are made of glass, which means that the substance can become thicker and more viscous more quickly in cold weather. This is not a problem and you can easily solve it. We recommend that you place the bottle in question in a warm to hot bowl of water for up to 5 minutes. After this, your nail polish will have the right substance again.
